 Test your newly discovered fly-casting skills on the Lower Owens River, Bishop, CA.  Participation in previous PCC March Casting Clinic required.  There will be an organizational meeting April 27 at 2:00 PM at the PCC clubhouse.  There is no fee to participate.  For more information contact Leigh Ann Swanson at lacraven22@hotmail.com.
