Holiday Dinner

Thursday, December 8th
Wet Fly: 6:30 p.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m.

La Canada Flintridge Country Club
The LCF Room
5500 Godbey Drive
La Canada, California 91011

We’re back at the beautiful La Canada Flintridge Country Club this year. PCC’s reserved room has a tremendous view, and we’ll have live piano music during the cocktail hour. This is the night when PCC members trade their dingy fishing shirts for equally dingy party clothes, often paired with fly fishing-themed cravats, and is an event perfect for bringing a non-fishing spouse, friend, or family along.

The dinner is $45 per person for reservations postmarked on or before November 30, $50 per person for reservations postmarked between December 1 and December 6, due to the substantial headaches involved with last-minute changes when dealing with a catering department. The availability of late reservations is limited. No reservations are available at the door. The dinner includes your choice of grilled Atlantic Salmon or Prime Sirloin Steak. Beverages included in the price are coffee and hot or iced tea. There will be a no-host bar and wine will be available for purchase at the tables.

In addition to the dinner there will be a raffle with an attractive selection of items: the grand prize is a Winston Boron II-MX fly rod (9’, four weight, four-piece), and include items from Orvis, Patagonia, Bob Marriott’s, and the Fisherman’s Spot. Tickets purchased in advance are $20 for 12, $20 for ten at the door. Prepaid tickets will be held at the door for your arrival. Even if you cannot attend the dinner, feel free to purchase raffle tickets; winners need not be present.

The normal reservation period for this event has already expired. There is a chance a small number of late reservations may be available; please direct any questions to Andy Gantner at asgantner@earthlink.net or (626) 623-9221.
